The stay was comfortable, everything was well-managed, and the parking facility was available and convenient. Overall, the experience was smooth and pleasant.

There was nothing specific to complain about — everything met expectations.

Disappointing Stay – Not as Expected Our recent family stay at The Village Manali – Café, Bar & Bistro was unfortunately a letdown. The property lacked several basic amenities – not so clean bedsheets, no toiletries, TV, or even a phone in the room. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and not very clean. Water was not provided unless specifically requested, and overall cleanliness left much to be desired. In terms of location, while the property might appear scenic online, the reality was quite different. There was ongoing construction in the neighboring area, causing constant noise throughout the day. The property itself felt cramped, and with multiple new buildings coming up nearby, it’s likely to soon lose its view and fresh mountain air. What was especially disappointing was the misleading communication at check-in. We had asked if we could check out early if the stay didn’t meet our expectations, and the reception staff assured us that a refund would be possible. However, when we chose to leave after two nights due to the issues mentioned, they denied any refund, contradicting their earlier statement and it was a loss for us. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and we had to shift to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. I would not recommend this property, especially for families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Manali.
