INThe valley view room was spacious and featured a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The staff were attentive, responsive, and always ready to help, providing useful guidance on nearby places to visit. Since we stayed for five days, we especially appreciated the ample storage space, which made the stay comfortable and convenient.
While the stay had its positives, there are a few areas that need improvement. Cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom, was not up to expectations. The bedsheets and pillowcases appeared old and not properly cleaned, and the bathroom itself was quite small. Even after housekeeping, some stains and dust remained. There were also instances where essential items were not replenished, and we had to request them. However, once requested, the staff responded promptly and resolved the issue. These observations are shared purely for improvement. The food variety could be enhanced, as the breakfast menu felt repetitive throughout the stay. The swimming pool is relatively small, and the gym area was not functional or aesthetically well maintained. Additionally, the overall cost for both the stay and à la carte dining felt on the higher side considering the facilities and experience provided.
