Retac Qunay Dahab Resort & SPA

Retac Dahab is by far my favorite hotel in Dahab, and this was my fourth stay here. One of the things that makes this resort truly special is its unique stone-built architecture, which blends beautifully with the surrounding nature. The front sea view room was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Red Sea and creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What keeps bringing me back is not only the beautiful location but also the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. We received a very warm welcome, and every request we made was handled promptly and with great care. A special thanks goes to Ms. Silvana from customer service team for her outstanding cooperation, kindness, and hospitality throughout our stay. She truly made us feel valued and at home. I would also like to thank Mr. Khaled M. and Mr. Alaa from the kitchen team. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious meals available at every service. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly noticeable, and they always made sure that guests were happy and well taken care of.

As for future improvements, it would be wonderful to see more water activities available at the resort, such as a diving center, snorkeling programs, and other sea-related activities that would further enhance the guest experience.

The accommodation was Awesome! Thanks to Mrs,Silvana she did her best for making our stay memorable and smooth.

الاستف كله محترمين جدا و بشوشين جدا و متعاونين جدا لابعد حد و الاستقبال خطير جداً خصوصاً استاذة سيلفانا و بقية الشباب و المكان جميل جدا و الغرفة اللي على البحر روعة نصيحة روحوا ايام نصف الشهور الهجريه على شان منظر البحر بالليل

It should be noted that I was on holiday. A very busy period. Despite this, the service was very good. From all the staff. Especially from Salvana, she took care of everything and gave me her direct phone number if I needed anything. And she would send me messages twice a day. Checking that everything was okay

The hotel was not long enough for the amount of people. The staff needed to be increased

The beds were comfy

Tired and dated and the food was below par
