An outstanding stay from start to finish. Everything was perfect — from cleanliness and comfort to the overall atmosphere. Special appreciation to Silvana (Guest Relations) for her exceptional service, warm attitude, and attention to every detail. She truly made a difference in our experience.

The rooms needs some renovation, but this did not affect our overall positive experience.

الغرف فانتاستيك مع جاكوزي وحمام خارجي نضيف ومن افضل فناضق في دهب ارقى من السفير

طلبت غرفه بعيده عن المدخنين للاسف كان الدخان بيدخل على الغرفه من تحت الباب المكيف كان عطلان للفجر صلحو

The sea view and the size of the room The pools and hot tubs were beautiful.

The room was outdated, no tea bags were refilled and there were a lot of hot water problems. The water flow is very weak.
