Booked for a superior double bed , but they gave only a queen bed , the mattress condition was bad , sheets are not clean , lot of bed bugs were seen , my kids got bit and had rashes. Didn't expect such a bad night.

INININWe really enjoyed our stay at Zeenath Taj Gardens. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees — it truly feels like sleeping inside a forest. The cottages are spaced out like individual homes, giving a calm and private atmosphere, very different from the usual luxurious-looking resorts. The rooms are neat and cozy, and there are nice play areas for kids and families. Bonfire nights on Saturdays add to the charm, and the buffet food was good, especially when there were more guests staying. Wifi coverage was strong even inside the rooms, which was helpful. What I liked: 🌿 Peaceful, nature-filled surroundings 🏡 Cottage-style stay, not crowded 🔥 Bonfire on weekends 🍽️ Good buffet and complimentary evening tea 📶 Reliable wifi
What could be improved: 🚫 No room service available ☕ Tea/coffee powders not provided in rooms (though evening tea is complimentary) 🚿 The shower head in our room wasn’t working properly ☕ However, there’s a nice Madras Coffee House near the gate for a quick coffee fix
