"Wonderful, warm, delicious food and great sea front 🌊"

Beautiful rooms! Aesthetically tasteful and very clean! Beach access is perfect! Great breakfast. Restaurant “Uma by the Sea” was a delightful surprise. Chef Ali is very talented and the food is refined - be it Goan or World food. The service was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Pool is tiny. Space in resort is a bit squeezed. The price set expectations for a bigger pool and more space. Price could be adjusted to reflect those two elements appropriately. Either ways, excellent experience, and we just didn’t use the pool.

"Right on the beach, great hospitality, perfect beach property to enjoy beach stay"

Loved the luxury cottages. Spacious and well designed. The house keeping staff always did an amazing job with cleaning. Location is excellent right on the beach. Breakfast although with a limited spread was delicious nonetheless. Great service by hotel staff. The restaurant Uma by the sea serves amazing wood fired pizzas.

The approach road to the hotel is a single lane road so be prepared for car head to head situations

"Great for families"

Location: bang centre of morjim beach. Peaceful and decent crowd. Property is on the beach. Small cosy resort with only 12cottages but very comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful and will try to cater to every need. Beach side restaurant Uma is also good.

"Beautiful spot for a family holiday"

The cottage was cozy and the location was lovely.My little dachshund loved it.

It was a trifle overpriced, when it came to the food which was very salty.The breakfast could have had more options.

The staff was amazingly heartwarming, they went above and beyond to provide a stellar experience. Big thank you to the staff! Great place to host wedding ceremonies as well. The design is inspiring, the facilities are great and well-maintained, the rooms clean and spacious. The location is great, close to the beach, nice restaurants around and remote enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. 10/10 would recommend!

the cottage in itself is beautiful. very spacious, great decor, and the furnishings had that old touch breakfast was great especially the sunday one it's on the beach and at low tides, the entire mortjim beach opens to you

restaurant is not owned by the property, its a partnership and hence not the smoothest operation while ordering in and Limited menu
