Kappad Beach Resort

The property offers a good value for money. Restaurant and swimming pool were very nice.

The rooms looked a bit outdated and bathroom wasn’t great. Light and shower didn’t work properly. Also the location looked beautiful but unfortunately the beach and water weren’t as clean, which definitely made the experience worse since we were there mostly for the location next to the beach.

Resort is awesome, like good atmosphere , good place for enjoy and relax. Family and Couples will enjoy. Breakfast is not awesome, but ok ok ..... But booking.com has cheating the customer by showing photo of the beach view room first floor with balcony and while at checking time resort people showing the ground floor room. As a customer i asked them how i can identify the first floor sea view with balcony room and ground floor room, it is only mentioned beach view and sea view. resort guy replied that according to the price tag. Booking.com is not mentioned which is ground floor and which is first floor with balcony seav view.

booking.com service is bad, Not given proper narration about the rooms : difference between sea view and the beach view room. Book the rooms through makemytrip app or other app. After booking the resort it shows that Goods and services tax is excluded. But at the payment time we should pay the tax amount.

Right on the beach road so that the pounding of the waves lulled me to sleep.

Because it was off season, it should have been less expensive.
