Everything.. the washbasin was broken .. flies all over the room .. I was so much concerned about my kid. I didn't have another option, because I reached there at 11 at night and I had my son. If they don't have a clean room they should not accept the booking.

The view from the hotel was beautiful. Its located away from the main town. It has a nice panoramic view of the hills. Thanks for the water geyser that provided good amount of hot water.

Firstly it isn't a resort. Second there is no reception. The owner is miles away and the property is looked after by a family. They speak Tamil only and struggle to speak Hindi or English.The bedside power sockets weren't working during my stay. The room size is quiet restricted. No chairs can be accommodated in the room. No table to sit at or to keep the belongings. The bedside table and the dressing table were dusty and not touched when we entered. The house is located 4km away from the main town and It does pose difficulty when you want to get out and grab some food as no food outlets are in close proximity. The care takers provide food on order. Some linen was over used and this looks shabby due to some old stains on it. And the place doesnt provide tea coffee supply. No kettle for hot drinking water. The way to the guest house on Google maps gives wrong destination. It shows at the neighbours place. The way has a steep accent to reach the property and also requires off-roading through stones and tile pieces on the path. The guest house or the hotel didnt look welcoming. Felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. Had to literally ask the caretakers to provide towel, drinking water, clean the table etc.

Facility Location was good and Staffs are friendly. The rooms are value for money.

The rooms for the cost effective price Staffs and thier services.

Good for a short stay and refreshment whie on a tour. Clean bathroom with heater. Towel was there.

The road up to the stay is not that good No soap is provided. There was no dustbin. No wifi availability
