Die Zimmertüren piepen, wenn Sie nicht vollständig geschlossen sind. Viele Gäste ließen sich davon leider nicht abhalten, die Türen für andere Familienmitglieder angelehnt zu lassen. Zum Strand braucht man immer ein Taxi. Der Strand in Calangute ist nicht so empfehlenswert, andere Strände sind attraktiver und auch zügig mit dem Taxi erreichbar.

The welcoming staff and all other facilities. The hotel has a travel desk and they provide all type of transport options. It has a bar with DJ but did not see that live. There is enough parking space in basement. The hotel staff did allow us to keep our luggage and use the common facilities as we arrived very early.

Room would only be cleaned if you ask for it. Food service was slow. They have one common space on rooftop with artificial grass and few shabby sofas. That's the only common space in the entire property. The hotel is in a village and at a distance of ~200 meter from main road. The road connecting the main road is very narrow. The view from the room is towards a road. Mobile Network is very weak in the area and hotel wifi is not so great. They had a water overflow situation and it resulted in water dripping in my room right at the bed.. Fortunately, there was nothing on the bed and only the mattress got wet. Hotel staff first promised to replace the mattress but only ended up replacing the bed sheet. I found this in middle of night when I returned to the room. The AC also did not work in beginning but the staff fixed it in few minutes.

There were cockroaches in the room I stayed in but the management team specifically Bari dealt with it immediately and changed room
