The rooms our party were given were nothing like the pictures advertised Apparently the hotel was booked so were put into the old side of the property

The rooms were disgustingly The bedding was grey with stains all over I suggest that one of your team visit the hotel in the rooms that we stayed in No fridge kettle did notes Stains on the walls the curtains about 20 yrs old hanging wires hanging Totally disgusting

The supposed deluxe rooms we were given we’re disgusting and filthy we were told the pictures we saw were when the hotel was first built he was very very rude the rooms stunk the bedding was grey and stained with stains over the walls and in the toilet the walls hadn’t been cleaned I think this hotel/rooms need to be seen by booking. Com in person. I have cancelled all the other rooms booked for our second stay except for mine which I had paid up until 8/3 and have had to pay for another hotel along with the rest of the group I brought with me x

This picture/photo is not of the place we stayed at. Poor booking in took an hour. No welcome drink. In our Deluxe room Air con did not work, no fridge, bedding grubby and stained, Breakfast started 1 HR later than advertised, no cold milk for cereals very poor choice for English, never again and cannot recommend to anyone there's nothing Deluxe or good about this hotel. 0/10

The room could use some renovation; it’s a bit older, but we had a floor with a pool, so our daughter was satisfied. Everyone took great care of us. The town is just a short distance away.
