Breakfast had just 2 options - 1 day we got Poha and next day we got Upma and tea served both days. Overall under expectation, breakfast included means it should be wholesome...like eggs, toast and some donut or cake.

Nothing was good there. The reception was mainly empty 85% of the time. There were no room services or staff. Also, when we went to the room, there was nothing there. The TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the geyser didn't work, and the AC—I don't know—as it was cold, we didn't use it. Most of the room's plugs to charge mobile phones didn't work. There were no towels or soap, and when we asked, we got the towels. I don't know how clean they were. The electric kettle was kept, but it was not working, as the plug was not working there. One day, I also didn't even get a water bottle in this hotel, which I later saw in the reception under the desk: crates of packaged bottles were kept. We bought our water from outside. They should have the courtesy to at least keep drinking packaged water. They had kept an old, empty glass water bottle in the rooms, and the glasses kept were also not clean. There was no staff to clean or provide room service to clean the room. Even if we wanted, there was no one to tell in the reception as it was empty most of the time. The rooms we booked were a scam, as the photo and room also show that everything is there, but unfortunately, nothing works. On top of it, there was no staff at all, the property had no security, and anyone could come to the room and rob us. Thankfully, nothing of the sort happened. The rooms' outside lights were not kept "ON" after sunset, so it was a dark passage. There was no one in the so-called reception room, which was dark, and the garden area had no lights. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in, and it wasted my hard-earned money. When I asked the manager, when we were checking out, why there was no staff, he said they went into the fields for some work. I said, in that case, don't keep the resort open and fool customers like us.

Location and room are very nice Rooms are very spacious and scenic view is also there

its only two people handling everything from cleaning to cooking which causes a depreciation in the quality of service. The food served was not worth the price
