"A great location and nice comfort at very affordable price."

Overall the stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The staff, in particular Mr. Shekhar was very courteous and helpful. He managed our smooth check-in even at 2 am ! The owner Mr. Nagesh Kamat personally saw to it that all the help is provided accordingly. The location is very close to Panjim. Surely prefer it when your main objective is to roam around Goa in the day but need comfort of spacious room in the night.

They have a tie-up with a cafe across the road for breakfast. The turnaround time at the cafe is a bit more, as they prepare each dish only on order. If Kamat's can have a small kitchen or if they can provide basic continental breakfast in the morning, that will be a great addition.
