Only the shower was amazing

1. Door locks was not functional we wasted alot of time in getting it fixed. 2. Limiter choice on food 3. Room service is only until 10:30 PM 4. No freezer only wine chiller and not much option like beers whisky 5. Vineyards experience was a disaster. Not organised lots of people were in queue waiting to get proper info. No proper transport and scedule is not managed by the hotel. 6. Room service is not quick enough we had to wait for items asked for. 7. Pool side bar is only until 7:00 PM 8. A big spider was spotted in the cafe that was scary for my daughter. We had to move out of the table to sit in outdoor areas 9. AC was being serviced while we went to eat at around 4:00 PM in the afternoon 10. Roads to the property is in very bad condition but there is nothing property can do as it falls under the state government control 11. Bathroom door was semi transparent which doesn't give privacy to family.

The stay was really great. The staff was really cooperative and the service was quick. The food was great too. The staff members Mayur, Vinayak, Sandeep and Mumtaz were very helpful, cooperative and did beautiful arrangements for us. The climate was great too and and property was really beautiful and clean. A good care has been taken by the staff. The rooms were also clean.

Reaching to this property is a task but once you reach there it all worth. Very beautifully designed property with great staff every body is helpful

Bathroom in rooms and staff

1) the access road is bad 2) the path from reception to the room. No buggies 3) 5 km drive to other facilities

Request you for proper approach road. The condition of the road is such that less said the better. Other things good, no place for complaints
