Breakfast was fine but not great . Location is too far away at remote village corner . However views were just very good but great with so much distant property

Transport convenience which do not exist as Ola / Uber feel drivers tired or not interested to go there at displayed tariff

Excellent Location with Lake View Rooms, 02 swimming pools with one being heated, good food, excellent Family spa option, and above all amazing staff who are not only friendly but also very helpful, just to name a few Mayur, Nitin (they took care of our Candle Light Dinner), Sandeep the house keeping staff…..Overall amazing experience and amazing location.

The approach road is too small and dirty. The swimming pool is not manned by any staff and many of the guests were not even following the basic protocol of swimming costumes or taking shower before entering the pool - that’s a no go zone as it’s unhygienic !

The food was excellent. Very helpful staff especially while selecting the wine with the type of dish we were having. The location of the property & scenery around was very good. The spa treatment was good. Thank you.

A lovely, lush setting with a really nice heated pool overlooking the huge reservoir lake, a great view and a charming space to read and relax after busy Mumbai; which is an easy train journey away - and the taxi company Sula recommends for pick-ups is extremely efficient and reliable. Food was good and well priced; the wine of course was delicious - and the 4-7 poolside happy hour (2 for 1 prices) was a highlight. The property is clean and the rooms are styled to be crisp and modern, in keeping with the architectural style of the property. We enjoyed the complimentary tour and tasting trip to the Sula itself. The bar and restaurant service was friendly and helpful. A complete contrast to Nashik City centre, which is also worth spending some time in; again the excellent taxi service helped us with this.

The rooms are built in a terraced style, with no clear definition of outside space; our table and chairs were used several times by our neighbours to dry clothing - or supplement their seating. We were also able to hear their TV as the rooms are not entirely soundproof. It is odd that the pool is not staffed during the day - and there appears to be nowhere to get drinks or snacks before happy hour. There are 2 family villas on site, and we experienced lively breakfasts with extended family groups as a result of this; not a major problem, but I suspect the rooms and the ambience at The Source might have been more suitable to an older couple like us. The service at reception is OK but not an outstanding part of the experience, perhaps a little more training in positive customer interaction would help. It was unhelpful that the young lady dealing with my check out was also on her mobile phone throughout the process.
