Reception and food we liked, food tasty and hygienic. Good Response from Reception.

Power disconnected frequently during night time, no lights for the passage we were using cell phone lights to reach our rooms after dinner. Cottage Doors are like toilet doors no proper locks. No AC, fan was there but it was not adequate. Window screens are broken. Insects and Other spiders enters room and shoes. No permenant restaurant nearby or inside it, guest needs to call and notify the reception in advance. Safety is a big concern during nights.

Well maintained. The employees are very helpful. Good infrastructure. Give good advice around the itinerary options and alternatives. Considering the footfall, food options are limited. Homely food and made well.

Nothing in particular.

The location is great, a very green resort next to a dense forest. We saw the giant indian squirrel and many deer on the plantation itself. Its a quiet resort with not too many guests. Great place to get away and be by ourselves. The staff are good, especially Mr. Rupesh who is most attentive and helpful. Cottage was spacious and good too, only no adequate stands in the bathroom to keep stuff. Food was good though there was no choice and not much variety.

A little more choice and variety in food would be good, especially if they served local kerala dishes instead of Paneer. The bathroom in the cottage could have been better laid out with a shower partition. Water splashes everywhere making the whole bathroom very wet. The resort is good for a couple of days stay, like a weekend, and probably not an extended stay, as there is not much to do there.

100% worthy of the price we paid. The stay is located amidst the dense forest and we could spot wildlife from the balcony of our cottage. It was thrilling experience to move in and around the resort. The entire campus is so green and so beautifully designed. The behaviour of the manager and the staffs were also very polite. The cottage we stayed in was very clean overall.
