They don't have their own kitchen. Has to brought from outside, which took time. We were at first floor. Opening has been given to slab to view sky. But it is really hopeless during day time as sun rays directly spread through out day

The stay was affordable.. Beach as good as private

The pictures shown are of a single room which is near to sea, but actual one is atleast 500 m onwards and no proper view of sea . Though service was not very bad , it's not even average either. Reaching the location and food cost are sky high. Overall not a very great option

The staff were amazing. Pure gold. We checked in very late, around 12 AM, and they arranged everything for us. They prepared the room and set everything up. We had some issues with the water, and they immediately solved it. We requested an early breakfast, and they immediately complied. We requested more towels, and they delivered. They were very good. The location too is very good. It is not that hard to find, and it is close to the ocean.

Because of the rain, and because we booked it in a hurry, there was water inside the room. The staff immediately cleaned it, but in a hurry as it was very late. Also, the rooms smelled a little musty, but this mainly because they had closed it due to the rains.

Rooms were big, Ac and hot water and arrangement for food was made by the host Nagraj.. he was very humble and sweet the property had a private beach and the cleanest that I ve seen ever in all my travels kumta is closer to murudeshwar 1 hr from the hotel
