Room was spacious with all amenities. Wifi in each room. Balcony view was very good. Staff service also great.

No free dinner included and the food quality was not good.

The staff were friendly. I had asked for a decoration for my anniversary and they did a wonderful job

The location is good, the rooms were decent, and there was a nice view of the mountains. The staff was courteous for the most part, offered good suggestions and were prompt in any requests we had. The overall property is also neat and clean. There is a pool with a couple of slides and a good view of the mountains.

The property doesn't offer amenities close to the price we've paid for it. Apart from the pool, there was hardly anything else. They had some indoor games, for which we had to ask and had no designated area. There is nothing unique about this place that warrants this price. It is not located in some deep jungle with a serene nature view or some 400-year-old homestay bungalow. No great amenities like indoor games, spa etc. either to make up for lack of other things Also, the breakfast was below average in terms of quality and spread. I've had better breakfast at places half the price of this. While other things like amenities might take time to build, not having a good breakfast is unacceptable at this price point. We could not have a bonfire because the firewood was wet even though it was not raining. A place that expects this much rain in this season should have a place to store dry firewood, one would expect. There is also no lift, so if you have rooms on the first floor, it might be a struggle for some.

The location is good but the rooms are not maintained, had to experience snakes and lizards.

The service is poor and the food room service is really unwelcoming. They are not ready to take orders and ask you to order by Zomato.

I liked the behaviour of the staff. I forgot my phone charger in the room. Abdul and Sujith helped me and they sent it through courier.

During my recent visit to Chikmagalur (3rd week of April), I had the pleasure of staying at the 7 Heaven Villas and Resorts, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the reception, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff, making me feel right at home. 7 Heaven is a beautiful property, with well-designed landscape and clean pools. The property is a blend of mystic serenity with urban comforts. The room that we had booked had mountain view, and in the morning it was completely relaxing to sit in the balcony and enjoy the calm, serene and silent mountain view ahead. The washrooms were extremely clean and tidy. And the floor tiles used had a stone feel, which added a rustic natural feeling to our stay. The service at 7 Heaven was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was providing room-service, arranging for sightseeing (however, we opted out) or providing helpful tips about the local area, they were always ready to assist with a friendly demeanour. Now, let's talk about the food – absolutely divine! The on-site restaurant offered a delightful array of dishes, each bursting with flavour and prepared with the freshest ingredients. From traditional South Indian delicacies at breakfast to North Indian cuisine, every meal was a culinary delight that left me craving for more. What truly sets 7 Heaven Villas and Resorts apart is the genuine care and attention to detail provided by the staff. Their dedication to ensuring a delightful experience for every guest is truly commendable and made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chikmagalur – you won't be disappointed!
