the staff is courteous ; ready to help for anything you need; the location of the property was awesome with excellent views and scenic beauty; my last moment change in dates of travel was accomodated without any extra cost.

the food options could be more and better ; first day lunch which we had there was very high priced; they dont give you any tax invoice for the payments you make; also there is nothing to do within the resort except swimming pool; if the weather is not good for swimmimng then you have virtually nothing to do inside the resort; should provide more for the price they take

Location was great, easily accessible to chickmagalur town and did not feel like that I was staying inside the town.

Overpriced rooms, rooms did not have wood work or furniture to keep the luggage there was only a bed, a small wardrobe and two bedside table thats it, TV was not present in the room, bathroom did not have enough racks. It was too overpriced for the facilities that were there in the room, also room did not have telecom so had to call the guy on mobile.

Ambience was good, Staff's Hospitality was too good.

It was Double bed Mountainview room which i selected, room cost was 10030 inr inclusive of gst, for that price point Having TV inside room would be expected, but there was no Television provided, Food was good except Chapathi, it was too hard, also I was aware lunch wasn't included, still we opted for lunch by paying extra, cost of buffet was 450/person for some limited items, felt food was overpriced too.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The facility is well maintained and the mountain view from the pool looks awesome.

This is a stunning property in terms of the view it offers. It is laid out nicely as well. The cook made lovely dishes too.
