The location is convenient. They have enough parking space out in front. Concierge, restaurant and housekeeping services are prompt. Food from the restaurant was great and quickly served.

Security staff are annoying. They keep on insisting on additional services such as car washing. Whereas, car washing service is available by the hotel staff itself. The hotel doesn't know what their staff do on their back and how irritating they can get. The bathroom wasn't clean. There were stains of water on the walls of the bathroom and the water taps had water residue. Towels don't smell fresh. TV connection stopped working after 10 minutes. It seems that they didn't pay for the subscription.

Great parking space for cars, adjacent to the highway - excellent for anyone wanting to halt for the night.

No alcohol and non veg option

staff was very friendly and helpful. food was good, especially at lunch, fresh fruit was added during breakfast upon request, rooms cleaned quite thoroughly, nice garden area and open terrace restaurant, complementary water, water boiler and fridge in the room were very helpful

booking.com was not the most convenient price even though advertised as such, booking directly on the phone at the property is more convenient, they don’t react timely to emails though, there’s no outdoor pool as advertised on Google maps

Breakfast was just ok. Assorted jams would be good.
