High Falls Bay Cottages, Camping & Waterpark

I loved the location 5 mins to tims and 20 mins to santas village! Also they had soo much for the kids to do, the play equipment and the beach was amazing. The family loved the waterpark.

Wifi could of been better

Loved the falls, and views, went Kayaking for the first time! And got right up beside the falls! Incredible!

Unfortunately the beds were as hard as stone.

3 bedroom facilities. Easy access.

Mice are living inside and on the roof.

The area is beautiful and the falls around the property are gorgeous

The pool was broke, the wifi wasn’t working, the property as full of old junk. it was dirty.

I actually had to leave one day early as there was no wifi and that was absolutely needed. I called prior to going to confirm wifi and they did however it did not work. I inquired about a refund for the last day and was told no which upset me since they failed to meet what they had assured me was there.

The sofa bed mattress was terrible. I slept on the floor. No wifi. I left one day earlier as needed wifi for work and they refused to refund me for that day. I believe since they assured wifi and did not deliver that I am entitled to an one day refund

It took over 5 hours to find out why the stove didn't work. Requested a receipt and was told one would be emailed to me. I have called several times to get one and still waiting.

Location was perfect, the room was ok, loved having a patio and bbq to use. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly loved being close enough to the falls to walk to. Would be great to have the pool opened.

the beds were really uncomfortable, the toilet seemed to take a long time to fill, smelled very musty when we first opened the door (we just opened windows)
