Kitchen staff, office staff and room service were exceptional.

We spent 5 days in Aranyak Resort. Manager Rishi Bhatt prepared for my group full packed: transport from Jabalpur Airport, accommodation, 6 safaris in 3 days in Park, drop to rail station Katni. He bought for us train tickets also. We saw a tiger every day! The service was wonderful.

Warm, friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very comfortable

1. The food was largely Indian and was good for a few meals but then the heaviness began to tell on us. The few international cuisine dishes prepared were not up to the mark. Maybe the chef could do a short course. 2. I wanted a massage after morning safari but was told there was no masseur available. I found that strange because they have a spa room and it’s mentioned in the facilities so why don’t they have a permanent person? I was told someone would be called from the village but I didnt have any confidence about the person’s expertise.

Great place and location to escape the city and try to see tigers.

Front desk could have a better handle on booking trains for foreigners.
