Wifi bardzo słabe w namiotach

This hotel, more like a small lodge, is quite remote but well worth the journey. It is set in a beautiful and pristine valley. The main rancho with restaurant is attractive, with a lovely view. Outstanding were all the staff, natural and very friendly. We were impressed by the food also. We will be back next year!

The options are oriented to create access to the most pure connection with local nature in a unique environment of palpable respect for environment and all related elements inviting us to explore ,enjoy , relax and learn with modern commodities with in reach in balance with the local ecosystem.

This lodge needs help! There was one person 'running' the show when we arrived. He was very nice, but clearly overwhelmed. Dome 5 is only accessible by terrifying ride up the hill, but onside driver in 4x4. Shower flooded the entire bathroom. 2 Lamps had no power outlet. Very isolated. Coffee pot would have been good addition. Only way up and down the steep hill was in 4x4 that had to be prearranged. Outside light did not work. Other accommodation also had leaking bathrooms, and lacking in some basic amenities. Dinner was poor and served tepid. The 'main guy' was unable to make a cocktail from printed list. Breakfast was ok. The location is lovely, but if they want to be a comfortable retreat they need to think about some more comforts and a capable staff.

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Locatie was moeilijk te vinden met Google. Laatste 5 à 6 km was een onverharde weg die niet overal breed was en waar je af en toe niet kon zien hoe de weg verder liep. Het heeft veel geregend. Er waren weinig wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt van het hotel. Je moest eerst een riviertje met stenen er in oversteken, het water stroomde best krachtig. Dat durfden wij als wat oudere mensen niet aan.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit. Essen und die selbstgemachten Säfte waren sehr lecker. Geniale Aussicht, Natur pur und die Ruhe und eine Luft, toll

In unserer kleinen Hütte fehlten ein paar Haken und Abstellmöglichkeiten, das hätte es etwas einfacher gemacht.

Pueden mejorar con pequeños cambios; un calentador de cuarto; que hagan limpieza en la habitación; mas toallas; que las cortinas cierren totalmente para que no entre luz a la habitación; el acceso a la habitación no tiene suficiente luz y las escaleras son peligrosas; no hay amenidades; un closet para guindar la ropa.

Me gustó el clima era muy fresco y frio, la comida del restaurante era muy rica

No me gustó que para ir a ciertas habitaciones tenias que ir en carro cuesta arriba si o si porque era bastante lejos a pie,pero es obvio ya que las habitaciones tienen que estar un poco lejos por el tema de la privacidad y también no me gustó mucho la entrada a 2km de llegar al hotel es muy estrecha y no recomiendo ir en carro bajo si pasa el carro pero hay que ir con mucho cuidado y es muy incómodo.
