Loved the staff and the beautiful house with the lovely swimming pool. And finally a hotell with soft beds and a quiet AC and a fridge. The house is amazing.

The pots and kitchen ware is not clean according to western standard, but in the Philippines i guess you have to accept it. Kitchen is hard to keep clean since it’s shared between the guests, but maybe once in a while, they could invest in new kitchenware.

Cozy,Spacious , clean and well maintained .. most of all it has a very nice view of the ocean which makes you relax.. it’s a totally nice get away.. The nicest things is we can prepare our food for the family I also like the staff (Jovy and Solomon) because they provide good service and help us with our activities

I liked everything about this property

- The location is amazing if you want to go to Kawasan Falls early morning. 2 minute drive/10 minute walking. - The AC and minibar worked fine. - Wifi was fast and stable. - On-site caretaker was trying to be kind and helpful but facility lacks basic amenities for a hotel/vacation home.

- Unfortunately it did not look like the photos we saw at all. Room was pretty dated, floor tiles were broken making constant noise, dirty and dusty around the bed frame and rusty wardrobe. Peeled wall paint and mirrors. - Room was dirty with spider webs around corners and giant mosquitos in the room. - We were only given 2 bath towels and no hand and face towels until I repetitively asked for 2 days. - I confirmed hairdryer availability before coming as I have very long hair but was then told it was broken. Thankfully the personnel found it through relatives later but it was frustrating. - There was no hot water for 3 days and we showered with cold water. - No restaurants or food options nearby. At least 15 minute drive away.

The room was spacious and clean, so the basics were in place for a comfortable stay. The property and the view from the very equipped common spaces are also so pretty. The only problem we faced was that around 11pm and after a late check in and a long day, the shower didn't have any warm water so we ended up having a cold shower which wasn't the greatest. Something may have happened or a switch (that we didn't find) may have been forgotten off. Not sure. What left the most positive mark on our stay was the attitude of the hotel staff, both the evening and the morning ones. Happy to help, to answer questions and to chat. Thank you!
