No tienen generador, si se va la luz, te quedas sin nada., No avisaron de que estaba previsto un corte de luz, a las 5 de la mañana hasta las 6 de la tarde Nos quedamos sin luz, aire acondicionado y agua. No pudimos ni ducharnos . No ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación. Después de reactivarse se volvió a ir la luz. La piscina precisa mejor mantenimiento y limpieza, el fondo estaba reverdecido y olía el agua muchísimo a cloro . No nos pareció recomendable bañarse.

I like that it was near the town center. Also i was able to check in around 2 hours early.

I requested the previous night if i can even check in a bit earlier because of the hot weather. There was no communication to confirm or deny the request. When i got to the place theres the bar area and office. No one was there. Thr place was deserted. It took me 20 mins after i texted the number. Also there isnt much activity in the place. I couldnt order coffee in the morning, its like the place dont have much going on.

Die Unterkunft im ganzen wirkt leider etwas verlassen und nicht gepflegt. Es müsste mal was gemacht werden. In meinem Zimmwr war leider etwas Schimmel an der Decke.

The hut with the fan was small but cozy. I didn't need the fan at night, the nights are pleasant here. The bed linen was clean and the small bathroom with cold water and the toilet were also fine. The whole area is in a large, beautifully maintained garden and you can also use the pool, which was cloudy and smelled a lot of chlorine - unused. Just a short distance from the main road, it is very quiet. Sometimes they say the electricity goes out on the island, but I didn't have that happen during my four nights stay. The Wi-Fi was weak, especially in the evenings. You will need an adapter for the sockets. If you leave any food or sweets in the hut, the ants will find it, but that is a general rule for all of Asia, not just the Philippines.

I missed any hook in the hut and there was no mirror either. I understand that the hooks wouldn't hold anything in that material, but there are hook systems that can be put on the door frame and that would solve everything and a small mirror can be stuck on. There are free water dispensers at the reception and in the restaurant, but the hot water option doesn't work there, it was out of order. After asking for access to a kettle, I was given it, but I was sorry to hear from the owner that he told me that it was non-standard. On the contrary, this is a common standard and after 6 o'clock in the morning, I saw several hopelessly wandering guests around the closed restaurant. And they were asking me where I got hot coffee/tea. I don't even understand the staff forgetting, just write down a note and tasks. Besides, the area was half empty, so I could think that they were overloaded with tasks.
