La cordialità è serietà da parte di tutto lo staff egiziano.. Il che è molto raro da trovare nei vari resort Complimenti. Un grande apprezzamento va tutto lo staff di animazione sia italiano (Made in Bravo Alpitour) che internazionale. Magnifici!

Il cibo pessimo per esserci un tour operator italiano che vanta tra l altre belle cose che fanno un eccellenza proprio sul prodotto culinario. ABBIAMO MANGIATO ECCELLENTE negli altri villaggi Bravo che sono presenti in Egitto quindi non è un problema di prodotti differenti dall Italia è una questione di investimento sul cibo. Il letto scomodo da morire, chiesto un cambio materasso mi viene risposto che i materassi sono quelli quindi 14 gg mal di schiena e dormito 5 ore a notte. I servizi igienici molto datati. Camera spaziosa ma anche essa molto datata Sicuramente ha bisogno di una bella rimodernata di arredamento. Piscina grande di una sporcizia senza precedenti ci sono persino le pulci di acqua che sono innoque ma vivono e trovano alloggio in acque stagnati e sporche. Il bar dentro la piscina serve cibo(gelato) alle persone dentro l acqua che mangiando se ne cadono briciole e pezzi interi dentro la stessa piscina insomma diciamo che per la struttura che è e per il prezzo che si paga (a mio parere per il servizio offerto è carissimo) c'è ne sono di tante cose su cui lavorare e migliorarsi.
