"ungemütlich"

Das Personal am Tag der Abreise war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Personal am Ankunftstag wirkte sehr gestresst, war unfreundlich. Die Zimmer waren abgewohnt und ungemütlich. Ein Haus ohne Atmosphäre.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good

Room was dirty and had cobwebs on nearly every wall. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. Shower head would also not stay up

"Run-down and needs some work."

Amazing location with a beautiful view.

The place is run-down and needs re-decorating. There was mould in the bathroom and lots of scuffs on the walls of the bedroom. Outside the room, there was a broken fence. No bottled water in the room and the kettle was too big to fit easily under the bathroom tap. We were looking forward to using the spa after a long hike. The jacuzzi was tepid with bits floating in the water. The jets only stayed on for a minute then switched themselves off. The sauna was cool and the nobs on the heating device had fallen off. There was a strange empty room off the dining area which you needed to pass through to get to the outside area. It didn’t work. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. All in all, a disappointment.

"Great views and comfortable accommodation"

This is a lovely place to stay and it is very close to the coastal path. The room was very comfortable with everything that we needed. Friendly and helpful staff - Woody made us laugh! Breakfast offered all we needed.

Not many options for dinner.

"Die Landschaft war schön , ansonsten waren wir froh , als wir die Zimmer verlassen hatten !"

Zimmer extrem renovierungsbedürftig ! Fenster seit sehr langer Zeit nicht geputzt ! Fußboden schmuddelig !

Die Lage ist atemberaubend. Schöne Terrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Gutes Frühstück. Personal überwiegend äußerst freundlich.

Zimmer eher klein. Probleme mit der Dusche.
