Amazing location, breakfast and rooms

On the first day the restaurant booking system went down. The response could have been managed better and alternative options presented. Eventually everyone figured out for themselves there was a restaurant next door that could accommodate people looking to have lunch. Water in our room was not refreshed each day, although it was for the room next door.

The facility was very beautifully kept

The staff was not very warm. We had an issue when we couldn’t order anything at the beach bar because their POS was down but they never came back around to let us know we could order again. Also it would have been nice to order (give us our drinks) and sort out the billing after the fact. We also had a strong foul odor that was coming from our shower drain.

The location was wonderful; the beach, the views, everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean.

No gym. For some reason, I assumed there would have been one.

Not much to say here. Maybe lack of iron and ironing board. Otherwise great

This place is amazing. Stopped here on our honeymoon and it was my favorite stay of all. 5 star resort, great lounged chairs and daily service. Beach was lovely and not crowded in May.
