Amazing staff and beautiful beach hotel

There is no smart Tv , for 500€ a night and 5 star hotel , they should have it in 2024

I travelled with family so we were a big group ages ranging from 7 years old to 70 years old. The property was absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Breakfast was very good. Lunch and drinks by the beach were great. Expensive, yes but that’s everywhere nowadays plus let’s don’t forget it’s Mykonos. We ate diner at the Italian restaurant at Avaton and the Greek restaurant at Royal and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

I read the previous reviews about the steep steps and hill but I underestimated it. For me personally it was ok but I can definitely see that being a big problem for somebody that has mobility issues. ( Hotel had shuttle but we ended up walking mostly. You can always ask one of the beach staff to call for a shuttle) Something that needs to be addressed immediately in my opinion would be the pool area. It has no indication whatsoever about the depth of the water. That is something that can be problematic if you have younger kids or for someone that struggles and/or has issues with the water.

I loved the hotel and the staff there are all very kind. Even though the beach is not walking distance, there is a shuttle that takes you immediately there verytime you wnat. There is also a free shuttle that takes you to town that departs the hotel every certain hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful views, friendly stuff

No coffee machine in the room, poor water pressure in the shower and of course too many stairs on the property, too steep.

They should have the shuttle run more frequently to and from Mykonos town.
