Location

We did not receive the type of room that has been reserved, despite the written confirmation. The check in took almost an hour, the food is below the standards. The beds are very uncomfortable.

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, es wirkt authentisch und nicht aufgesetzt. Das Essen ist fabelhaft! Wir haben uns rund um die Uhr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Sauberkeit, Strandzugang, Pool, Liegen, die ganze Hotelanlage. Alles ist top! Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

La plage privée. Étant en demi pension, nous avions la possibilité de prendre nos repas le midi à la place du soir. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Grand balcon. Jus de fruits frais tous les matins. Hôtel bien situé pour les différentes visites comme Heraklion Matala Rethymnon Malia…

Pas beaucoup de variété dans les repas. Pas vraiment de spécialités grecques. Rien à proximité de l’hôtel. Besoin d’une voiture pour le moindre déplacement.

"NIce setting, vegan restaurant on site"

The setting was lovely. It was great for us that there was a vegan restaurant on site and we enjoyed the meals there. The all inclusive breakfast was also fine. There is a lovely swimming pool and we enjoyed the free yoga class and mini-golf.

The hotel could do with a bit of an update to some of its common areas.
