the staff was absolutely wonderful; the food choice was really great and it was delicious; comfort in rooms was really good and they were really big; cleanliness of the hotel area was pretty good and whole area was beautiful

high number of street dogs and cats in the area, especially in the greek restaurant on the beach.

We were half board and the buffet provided a huge choice of food for both breakfast and dinner. Very good. What wasn’t so good was the one night we booked the ‘Italian’ restaurant. Very, very disappointing and not worth paying for. We should have walked out when the waitress informed us there would be an extended wait for any meat or fish dishes because it was ‘all frozen’. Stupidly we stayed and ended up waiting about an hour for our steaks, which definitely weren’t worth the wait. They arrived a few minutes apart and with the wrong sauce for my wife’s. The potato croquettes looked and tasted like Captain Birdseye’s. So, all in all pretty awful food and service. A complete waste of money. We should have stuck with the buffet.

1. The sign "only for only inclusive" relevant at Dinner should be removed at Breakfast from the drinks dispenser. 2. More shades should be in the pool area. 3. A free power socket should be on both sides of the bed. 4. Bath is not properly closed and a lot of water spilled out. 5. A safety handle near the bath is needed for elders. 6. Guests should be informed about the option of purchase low price bus tickets at the gift shop. 7. The pool table was out of order at all time.

Pools open very late and closed very early. Kids slids closed in middle of day. Air con broke and then refused to move us and just gave us a fan. Next day we threatened to leave and finally got a different room. . Staff were grumpy. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Paid for all inclusive and still got charged for some drinks. Very loud music from resort next door in the morning Would not stay again.

The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!

If you do not do the all-inclusive, the options are limited for food. The rooms are dated but for small kids and if you want to just stay in a resort with beach access and one small slide, it is sufficient. The place was busy with tons of families with small kids.

Very comfortable, the staff, especially Frederico and Grigori were awesome and super friendly. The food was amazing and all inclusive means ALL INCLUSIVE
