Two swimming pools, the front one was very busy but seemed to always have a lounge to sit on, the back pool has a bar unmanned with a phone to order drinks or food from, this pool was lovely and quiet all the time. Breakfast was nice with all the usual fair on offer, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and adequate, there was a day bed thing in the window but this stunk of vomit so you couldn't sit or lye on it. Location is right on the beach front and walking distance to the ferry.

Restaurant was sometimes too busy and they would turn you away, there was a second restaurant onsite but it was closed, spa is very expensive.

The location of the hotel was great and not too far from the Ferry. We had a fun experience with travelling by pony and cart with our luggage to the hotel. Having the medical centre on site was amazing, the staff and Drs were excellent when I needed them. Our room was beautiful and in a perfect position near everything. The restaurant at breakfast was really good with a great choice of food. Loved the idea and spent a lot of time at the Private Adult pool.

What was disappointing was that the deck boards around both the pools were in urgent need of repair. There were rusty nails that were loose and dangerous if you were to stand on them. The tiles on both pools were in real need of repairing where they had come away from the sides. We also note that there was problems most days with the coffee machine it wasn't working and there was only 1 machine for a big restaurant that isn't enough for everyone especially at breakfast time.
