The Singhasari Resort Batu

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber, das Personal überaus herzlich und freundlich, die Anlage traumhaft schön. Auch das Essen (Frühstück und Dinner) war hervorragend! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nothing good exept the location, room facilities was old, pool was not clean, breakfast and dinner was so so and bored. Very expensive, same price with 4 stars hotel but the facilities was 2 stars hotel

The friendliness and promptness of all the staff.

The food at the buffet was not warm. The breakfast layout was impressive but again the food was not warm or hot enough... for example the porridge and soto

Spacious Luxury hotel, a 5 star resort

this is my 2nd time staying here and i love the luxury feel it gives. my room is big and clean, bathroom is huge and we got the room that has one of the best view overlooking the pool and mountains at the same time. enjoyed all the facilities. my kids love the swimming pool even though it was super cold, playground, game room.. all of it. The breakfast spread was good, not the best I've had but it was pretty good for Indo food. The staffs were all very polite, friendly and kind, always eager to help and will greet you every time you see them. Although the hotel looks a little run down, i think it's a bit old but they maintain it pretty well. I was given the same room i was in last year, thanks to the check in staff, Era, who served us with much happiness. All in all, my family and I had wonderful experience staying in this hotel both times and we would love to be back again and again.

Hotel is in Batu so it's about 30mins grab ride to Malang City. It's not super far but sometimes the traffic jam can be a bit unpleasant. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. Water in the pool is cold because Batu's weather is quite chilling but they also have sauna and warm jacuzzi, which is nice. Despite that, my kids still swam at night because the pool is really nice. some rooms, especially the one i was in, has very2 limited power point so it's not convenient when you have a few gadgets to charge. We also booked other rooms and the other rooms had more power points so i'm not sure why the room i was in had only 1 usable power point, also one in the bathroom and the other is actually for the lamp. It would be good if they can put power point on each sides of the bed for charging the phone at night. Lastly, I don't like it that they don't provide ironing facilities in every room because I would prefer to iron my clothes myself before i wear it instead of sending it to the laundry everyday.

Breakfast average. But the breakfast staff are great.

When we check in around 7pm, there was only 1staff at the counter & he was on the phone. There were no other guests at that time. We had to wait a good 15-20mins which is a nuisance since we were very tired after a long road trip. The staff at the counter was not apologetic at all. He just said his other colleagues are having dinner! Strange for a 5star hotel to only have 1 staff at front desk. NO Iron or ironing board available in the room , NOT even for temporary use. The staff informed that we need to use pressing services, which is not convenient!! Ridiculous 5 Star hotel with no ironing facilities in the room.
