It is really great place to stay in Sam dunes. Staff were really cooperative and welcoming specially staff He welcomed very well and treated friendly. I would recommend to book this for Sam visit as rooms are clean and neat and services are up to mark.

Top Notch Experience. Amazing staff- Super warm, always eager and happy to help. We travelled with our toddlers and parents and they took care of smallest of things. The tents were ideally located away from the main road, were super clean and aesthetically decorated. The food quality was great too- very simple homely food just as we wanted. Everything from jeep safari, camel safari to cultural program was very well organized. Will gladly choose them again in the future’s

"Excellent stay"

One very most important thing for which we visit is sam dunes. Juma resort has a very good and experience jeep drivers who take us to a great ride to dunes. After very long enquiry we had booked this resort. Totally satisfied with their customer service and highly recommend for the visitors.

"Disappointed"

Decent Dinner and breakfast. Cultural program was good

Pictures put up by the property don't match with the actual rooms.. Bathrooms are dirty with lizards roaming around. Water ran out early in the morning and the staff kept on sleeping in spite of waking him up. Had to run around for 30 minutes to get the pump running. The biggest scam is that they are charging GST but not giving any printed tax invoice for the booking. Also the price does not justify the shabby arrangements.

"Amazing experience"

Heritage Juma Resort is very nice service and hospitality, the rides are very reasonable, very plane gentle. The highlight is the cultural programme is very well done and excellent. Food is very special Rajasthani delicious. Good place to stay for a short time.
