"Great property, not as advertised"

A beautiful property and lovely views. The villa was excellent. The staff was super friendly and tried their best and the food was nice.

The main issue for us was that the spa was not open in this "spa resort". Also, only one restaurant was open (not sky terrace, no night club..) and we were the only people eating breakfast and dinner there. The propety was far away from other services and we were told no uber was not available to city (not true). I think it is a wonderful property but unfortunately "false advertising" of facilities for our trip.
