The view and ambience were good, food was good.

The location was hard to find, the road leading to the hotel was very narrow very inconvenient to reach by driving the car and infact my vehicle got a damage as some parts were very narrow. Also the room Ac vents were not clean as all of us fell sick.

I really liked the hotel, our stay was for 2 nights, the room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the toiletries in the bathroom were of good quality, we ordered room service, the food was not bad, but it was not super hot, the breakfast was delicious, they make good strong masala tea and coffee and a more continental breakfast, that is, foreigners can also enjoy it.

One small issue is that we had a room on the fourth floor, birds were always sitting on the balcony and leaving marks, so we didn't use the balcony.

This resort is lovely. Very well looked after, great layout, wonderful pool looking out over the lake and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

There wasn't much to complain about.

Staff were friendly but communication seemed poor and there was a level of mild chaos everywhere! The aspect over the backwaters was lovely, rooms very comfortable and breakfasts were delicious Getting a tuk tuk to town worked well to see local sights.

Pool water was too warm to be refreshing. The loungers of which there were plenty were uncomfortable as only one had cushions. We asked several times for cushions but they never appeared. See pictures. If you don’t like birds avoid as turkeys (!) roam free and ducks enjoy the pool. Dinner service was incredibly slow. We sat without a drink or food for 90 minutes. We were then asked if we had enjoyed our meal ! ( see above comments on chaos). We asked to arrange a late check out. It was agreed, then a different staff member said it wasn’t possible, then there was a may be. It was eventually arranged but you are left in a sense of muddle. Our bill included room service we didn’t receive and a meal we didn’t have. It was rectified without quibble and these items removed but it was unclear how they had been added! This hotel is so close to delivering a great stay but you leave with a sense of it being a bit lacking
