Liked the bedrooms, bedrooms comfortable and clean bathrooms.

Booked it thinking it will have authentic Keralite cuisine. Had northern dishes. Food was bad. The loungers near pool, cannot luse them, as do not have cushion base. It is like having a bed base without a mattress.

The garden is nice. The Shakkura boat tour we ordered through the hotel was very nice. Some excellent staff, like the ladies at the Bell Desk and Concierge.

The food in the buffet is boring and tasteless. The view from Lake View Suite on the upper floor was non exciting due to architecture; the roof slopes far down blocking the view. And rest is blocked by vegetation. We booked three rooms, in one of them the bed was extremely squeaky but the staff ignored the feedback. Only when we filmed the sound the second day, we were heard. The resort is worn out, the pictures don't give the correct impression and the value for money is out of balance.
