From the warm welcome by the front desk, and all of the team for every interaction was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The butlers and guest experience team were highly responsive and proactive, anticipating our needs seamlessly. The spa and restaurant teams delivered outstanding service with calm confidence and deep knowledge, making every moment feel personal and unhurried.

There was nothing to dislike. The service, facilities, and overall experience were consistently excellent.
