The location directly at the beach

Cockroach alert! We chose this hotel based on its excellent reviews, particularly regarding cleanliness. However, upon arrival, we were appalled to find a cockroach under the pillow. The hotel staff moved us to another room and assured us the room would be thoroughly cleaned, including a change of bed sheets, for our stay the following day. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The bed sheets had not been changed and were the same ones from the previous day, when the cleaning lady had crushed the cockroach on them. This was completely unacceptable! After raising our concerns, the owner refunded the remaining cost of our stay, allowing us to find alternative accommodation.

As in most places in Thailand, the people were very very friendly and they went all the way to please and help us. Especially the owners were fabulous when they simply gave us shell decoration which was hanging near the eating tables outside. I just asked where I could buy them. The toom was very comfortable, bathroom also, terrace great, with small but existing seaview. Lot's of birds singing constantly. NIce swimmingpool, beach and sea at the end of the garden. Lovely atmosphere, real holisays.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Wynn. The room for 5 persons with sea view is excellent if you have older children as there are real single beds, no bedsofa or uncomfortable extra beds. It suited us well, family of 5 with kids 8, 13 and 16 years old. Pool was nice and staff is very kind.

Great location, room was large, bicycles to use

View from room not as described ( no pool or sea view). There are nowhere near enough sunbeds, and there is nowhere shady to sit, the grounds are not landscaped to suit guests. Breakfast was poor-little choice, bad coffee, not even chilled water.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and stunning pool and beach area, and lovely friendly staff, always a winner in my eyes!

The serenity, grounds, pool, room, staff!

The breakfast was rather mediocre and slow to refill; more chairs in the shady areas.

We liked everything about this boutique hotel, from the location, the owners and the staff. First of all, the common areas and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The owners clearly enforce very high standards. Cleaning was done every day. The long sandy beach allows for long walks and the sunsets in the evening are spectacular. Breakfast was absolutely great, with so much fresh fruit, lovely Thai desserts, good coffee, juice and yogurt, as well as eggs, muesli and pancakes (delicious) to be ordered at the table at no extra charge and included in the breakfast and brought to you by the kind and helpful staff. People who complain that there is no ham or meats need to realize they are in Thailand, and maybe try the local pastries which are delicious, home made and fresh. Within walking distance there are several small restaurants but we ended up dining there while enjoying the sunset, unbeatable! The food was consistently good, and most evenings there was fresh fish available. If you appreciate a quiet, unspoiled island and a small, family run hotel you will love this place.
