The staff was excellent ad service was excellent.

The rooms had huge problems. The AC was not working, the door to the balcony did not close, the bathroom was unclean.

Didn't have a chande to like anything.

They cancelled our booking because they've had some problem to "process my credit card" even though no other hotel ever had this problem. Strongly suspect they just used it as an excuse to give it to someone else's for better price. I've sent them messages asking not to cancel prior to arrival and that we'd settle everything on the spot -also via booking and also via their whatsapp which they totally ignored, and then when we arrived after a long 50 hours journey hoping to have a rest: "oops sorry no room for you". I've showed them the messages I've sent to their WhatsApp listed in the confirmation: "this isn't out number!" like it's our fault... Well maybe update your correct number then.. Seems they are just greedy and unpleasant. We went to another place which was 20% of their price and most probably the whole story was for the best. Seems there are many more places at much better locations for lower prices with much more pleasant hosts. Namaste.

De tuin was erg mooi, en het ontbijtbuffet was super.

De locatie, je hebt vervoer nodig. Naar het strand en dichtbijzijnde restaurants ongeveer 750m lopen. Winkels voor kleding bv nog een stuk verder. Tegenover hotel supermarktje en auto/brommer verhuur. Dat was fijn

If i am booking a stay in resort, i expect a good wifi. I was getting speed in kb ps. Literally ? They had option of paid wifi. In which era are we living ? Even cheap places give better wifi.

Location is nice

Fascilites such as dental sets, comb etc was delivered after request.it should be always placed without client request.
