Property was clean and rooms are good.

As I booked my roome with breakafast, thought it was good breakfast and option will be given. Instead only they gave only dry dosa in the room no ask nothing regarding breafast that too with any condaments like chutney and sambhar. No buffet nothing. Even i noticed the foreigner were treated well with buffet. Pathetic service, dont stay if as you are going get respected.

La gentilezza dello staff e la colazione abbondante

Not directly on the beach but very close to it. Nice location for easy access to all restaurants and shops. Personell is suuuuper friendly and helping even if they don’t speak much English (like almost everyone in Verkala). Breakfast was amazing!

Wifi Is not working or not working properly most of the time. If you need to work, forget it.

A little bit dated, but the rooms are spacious and clean with a nice balcony overlooking a well-kept garden. The location was decent, near the cliff but relatively quiet at night. The complimentary breakfasts in the morning were great. The property manager was mostly quick to respond when we had an issue with our air conditioner, and had it fixed the next day.

Communication with staff could be challenging at times. They were responsive most of the time but we had to be quite proactive in asking for things. Both the wifi and hot water was a bit temperamental and didn't work most of the time we were there.
