I like the location of the unit. It is near the pool and entrance. I securities are accommodating. There is a lot of dinnerware. The sheets looks clean. There's a lot of bed. They have good Wi-Fi. They are easy to contact when you need assistance.

The unit was dark. There were lights but it needs replacement. The fan in the living room is small and not rotating. The TV speakers are busted. They only have TVplus machine, good thing we brough a chrome cast. There were used soap and toothpaste sachets in the bathroom. They asked for a P2, 000 damage deposit upon arrival but we were not informed about it. Not sure if it is listed on the policy but I was not able to notice it. We paid via Gcash and got it back thru cash, which is fine.

It's affordability and the amenities.

1 ac suddenly stopped functioning,tv is a regular led, not smart nor android tv. We were supposed to have movie night.
