Aloha On The Ganges by Leisure Hotels

We had a wonderful stay at Aloha on the Ganges. The location is beautiful, right by the Ganges, with peaceful surroundings and great views. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and dinner was also enjoyable with several nice options. Overall, a relaxing place with a great atmosphere. The room was big ;) and i liked the water in the shower.

Check-in was horrible

This is a fabulous hotel with great rooms and an out standing view. I participated in the morning walk activity and it was great. We had dinner and breakfast and both were outstanding. the room was spacy and very comfortable. Notice there is a big renovation in the hotel, but we did not hear the construction and it did not disturb us. We certainly felt we got our money's worth.

This point in the review is directed mainly to Booking.. Prior to our stay, we received a suspicious message on the WhatsApp from some one who presented herself as a reservation manger, asking for confirmation details including credit card. the link attached was presented as a link to the booking site. I sent the message to both the hotel and booking. the hotel answered me guiding me to ignore the message. Booking hasn't answered me yet (even though three weeks have passed). I expect more from an online vendor.

Le fait que l'ensemble de l'hôtel était en travaux à l'extérieur 'était pas agréable durant mon séjour. Et l'ensemble de l'établissement est correct et beaucoup de chambre ont été rénové. Par contre le batiment dans son ensemble a une isolation très relative entre les chambres. J'entendais les conversation et les sonneries de portables entre les chambres.
