The pool is very good, and the hotel organized an event for a holiday that was interesting

The hotel is in a reconstruction phase, they didnt mention that on booking, we wouldn't care about it much if they didnt put us in the room next to the construction itself, they didn't say that on the check in, we had to discover it ourselves when the next day all the room smelled like gasoline, we asked them to come and check, nobody came. we asked them to stop the noise again and again and nothing helped until we had to go down and ask to change the room, apparently - half of the hotel is based on apartments that don't belong to the hotel itself, they didn't offer any kind of compansation for all this poor experience. I will not recommend choosing this hotel...

Location was excellent. Food was okay but I paid for 2 persons as option for 1 person was not there. It was not buffet as I understood not many visitors were there. So food choice was limited.

Option for 1 person was not there and as food varieties were less i felt I paid much more money on food than required. Renovation was going on so the cleanliness was not good. Staff was very nice. They tried their best. Since the weather was not good, we had to stay indoor. They should have kept some indoor programs in the evening other than only Aarti.

We loved the ambiance of the location and the friendliness of the staff, in particular the staff manager at the restaurant who went above and beyond his duty. We would very much like to return soon.

L’arrivée dans les travaux de rénovation le chemin d’accès le dédale de couloirs et d’escaliers le staff pas du tout à l’écoute et pas souriant le petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon et industriel le restaurant où j’ai mangé une pizza tandis que mon mari a attendu plus d’une heure le plat commandé en même temps et oublié par le serveur….. Quant à la chambre vaste et claire déception avec des odeurs immondes dès qu’on se servait des toilettes Hôtel décevant bien trop cher pour les prestations

It was just okay but not aloha standards

Construction work all around, the room was verg noisy with all the work. Very less breakfast options and staff was not in adequate number. Everything including reception restaurant was displaced and it was very difficult to locate everything
