Pas grand chose à faire à dauin autre que plongée ou Snorkeling ou alors location scooter mais longs trajets pour différents points intéressants..

I booked a room with private bathroom. There was 1 queen and 1 single bed with pillows which were very comfortable. After a long journey it was well needed. I dozed off at 830pm which was really rare. Right next to the beach. Nice veranda to just laze around. Hammock provided. Aircon was good. Surrounding peaceful and clean.

The flooring in the toilet seems slanted. So when water accumulate it will flow towards the door and into the room. There was only 1 channel on the TV. Tried to navigate but couldn’t find a way to change it.

Short version: I have been traveling for 3 months and this was my favourite place! Long version: I was in the area for diving. I did the trip to Apo for three dives and two shore dives off the front of the resort. Mike was my dive guide for all my dives and he finds everything! The owner of the resort is really more like a host (as others have noted). Mark was really friendly. He provided me with excellent recommendations for restaurants and even invited me to join him and his daughter for dinner on my last night. That was really nice - as a solo traveler I'm often eating alone so it is nice to share a meal with others. I opted for the air-con room (because I like my comforts). The bed was ridiculously comfortable and there was plenty of space to unpack and make myself at home. There was a common kitchen with free drinking water - but I also liked having a kettle and fridge in my room so I could make a coffee without leaving the room. Having chairs, a table and a hammock on the terrace made it easy to be outside relaxing as did the chairs at the beach just a few steps away. Oh, and the kitchen area had books available! So this place had everything I like. The staff were always ready to help and would always say hello or good-morning which just makes the place such a friendly place to stay. A return trip to AivyMaes is already on my list for my next trip to the Philippines.

The shower door was a little fiddly. But I was talking to the owner and he indicated they are looking at other options (different/better design).

Lage am Strand, die Angestellten waren nett aber der australische Chef hat nie gegrüßt und wollte nur wissen, ob ich noch ein „bill“ offen hätte 🤣🤣🤣

Extrem kleine und überteuerte Bungalows, Preis Leistung negativ - auch wenn am Strand, Dusche und Bad nicht ganz funktionstüchtig, unter Tags Bauarbeiten und Lärm, Parklplatz vor Bungalow mit Staub ging gar nicht, der Ventilator war fix angebracht und wenn man auf der Versnda gab es nichts.

Nice location . Marc is really friendly and helped us out a lot. Diving and scooter can be booked at the resort.
