It's an excellent place to relax. Family friendly. Nice courteous staff. Food is great.

Room was excellent as was the view from it. All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly - from the welcome at reception, to the chef that gave us a tour of the buffet, to the activity staff and guides.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but it is very noisy early in the morning with calls to prayers etc.

The location was idyllic, great views of a large stream and mountains. Our room had a large balcony from which we could see a nice view of greenery. The housekeeping staff were great, laundry services were quick and easy. The shower was large and hot. The AC was cold. The staff were highly attentive and friendly. The pool was large, gym was nice. There were so many quality activities included, from birdwatching and carrom to archery and horse riding.

The food quality and taste could be so much better, we struggled with the quality. The desserts were not good at all and the dinner was mediocre - very spicy, creamy North Indian dishes as mains and only 2-3 dishes such as the dal, curd rice and chicken tikka were consistently enjoyable. We expected a lot better. Breakfast was just ok too - nothing was terrible but they can raise their level. Everything was edible but tasted so so. I really felt let down by the quality and taste. The service was great though. Similar to the food, the spa was a bit off too. There were only 4-5 options. I got the ayurvedic massage and it was just ok. The massage and oils used were decent The biggest issue was that they used the ayurvedic sirodhara table for a massage as well and there is no headrest in that so you have to turn your head to the side while face down, which is very uncomfortable. Finally, we really disliked the loud music at the bonfire from 9-10pm. It was very obnoxious to blast it so loudly a nature resort that late at night.
