We want to hike for the restaurant from our room. That was making tired

The staff was so welcoming and sweet. The property is surrounded by a beautiful spice plantation, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and had an amazing balcony view. The hospitality was exceptional, and it truly became one of my best stay experiences in Kerala.

The property is perfectly situated in a serene cardamom plantation, surrounded by dense trees and the delightful sounds of birds. The flowing river next to the property added a soothing charm that truly made the experience unforgettable. One of the unique highlights of our stay was the hike up to the restaurant—it was a delightful adventure we looked forward to each day. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured we felt completely cared for throughout our visit. Ela Ecoland offers a perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty, making it an ideal getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Nestled in nature Friendly and helpful staff Very punctual with service Room equipped with basic necessities like drinking water, electric water heater, cups and ingredients to make a cup of coffee or tea. The sound of flowing water is very relaxing

The price of the room is high given the basic facilities they offer and the size of the room. For some reason the bathroom is wet and dripping with the condensation. Something needs to be done at the bridge turning to increase the space as vehicles coming in can get easily stuck or scrape at the pillars.

When we arrived the treehouse was waterlogged and damp. Standing water in the bathroom, soaked bedding and pillows, water coming through the roof onto the bed. The staff gave my partner some sellotape to try to tape up the roof. They refused to give us a refund for the money they demanded we pay up front. We explained that we didn't even mind that the roof is clearly unsafe and false advertising, our issue was that in the constant harassing for money they never explained that it was waterlogged and damp. This place is charging 2-3x higher than much nicer places in Munnar and they are conmen. The staff on site couldn't do anythi inng, just put us on the phone to head office who were completely rude. Do yourself a favour and don't stay here. They know full well they are running a rip off racket which is why they demand you pay up front.
