The location was beautiful. Cottage was clean Food was limited options Customer service is good. View was very beautiful Quiet and scenic. A great place to rest and relax Comfortable stay. Should spend at least 3 days here to feel Munnar

One of the bathroom was clean but had some bad smell. Road going up very narrow not suitable for nite driving. Limited activities and choices of food spread.. Takes time to go out bcause it is 7km from city centre.

Nothing

No air con, no fridge, no safe, no alcohol. No good reason to visit. Staff were inept and unfriendly. Shower was only lukewarm, Bed was lumpy and furniture more than 50 years old. The whole place lacked charm and character. They woke us up after 9pm when we were having an early night to see if we wanted to dine in the restaurant. They should have asked us that at 6.15pm when we picked up the key. The place is a treacherous 35 minute drive from Munnar centre.

Breakfast met all the expectations a foodie can have. Variety of options in veg and non veg some of them including puttu and kadala curry appam and chicken stew etc. Location is fantastic It is actually the highest resort in Munnar. The view from gallery was breathtaking. Property maintained nicely. Worth visiting

Not much. It's fine .Dinner was not included in our package. Food prices a bit high but there is no option nearby
