Cleanliness and peaceful environment away from busy city life. Even the beach was very close to the hotel. I would especially like to thank Preston for his friendly and helpful nature and making our stay comfortable. The breakfast in Vivo restaurant was very good especially the bakery items which were awesome.

The chicken goan curry in the spice studio was spicy and we didn't like it's taste. Suka chicken was not good in taste. We were disappointed as we expected to have authentic traditional goan taste in the spice studio.

The property gives you the actual luxury experience. The staff personalises your stay. The property has all the amenities that you look for.

The all day breakfast arrangement, high tea and sun downer hours should be increased.

The breakfast was amazing and the variety was quiet good. I liked the concept of Chai pani and enjoyed the drinks and snacks at Sundowners. The staff were always very attentive and they couldn't do more for making customers feel happy. The friendly and attentive staff were my favorite part of the stay!

Some of the facilities (the ladies toilet by the Bistro) looked a bit tired and need updating. Would be good to have a couple of options for Chai Pani. We stayed for 6 nights and very day it was same snacks offered at Chai pani which got a bit boring after the first couple of times. But none the less these are very minor points and I'm only mentioning it as a suggestion rather than a complain. The staff are truly amazing and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Definitely stay!

The hotel is in a great setting, the decor is sumptuous and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would love to return one day.

The property location is fantastic.

There was a jungle themed celebration for NY eve which was a highly decorated event. The organisers seem to think it was acceptable to use little hampsters in a cage and birds as part of the celebration. Loud music flashing lights, these poor little animals were startled and huddled. There is no need to use live animals for any form of entertainment or set enhancement. Frankly the Hyatt chain should be mindful of animal welfare and never condone the use of any animals for entertainment. It was so upsetting. This disrespect for animals that has been demonstrated overwhelms any other opinion on this hotel.

Stunning property with copious staff keeping the gardens/pools/grounds pristine. If you’re looking for a place to unwind & relax, we would highly recommend a stay at the Diwa Club. Throughout our stay all the staff have been super helpful. Special mention to guest relations staff Chelsea & Ruella. Astrid & Rajeev for the most thoughtful house keeping treats and care. Hanuman, Amit, Colin, Keyei for going that extra mile during our stay. Spa Alila is fantastic, zen & clean - big thanks to Lolita and Aliyah. We were truly pampered during our stay. We look forward to visiting in the future.
