Proximity to beach and the beach is the only pro for this so called resort. The outdoor restaurant was pleasant during the evenings and night.

First thing I noticed as soon as I stepped in to the resort was how dark it is. Rooms are very very small and poorly lit. I took 2 beach view cottages. the beach was barely visible from one of the rooms. The rooms also had a peculiar smell. They need to spend extra effort to clean the linen. 2 lizards, 1 in bathroom and 1 in the room took away sleep from me. The kettle did not work. AC remote gave issue middle of the night. I called them the next day so as not to disturb them. There was power cut mid night. It took some time for their back up to kick in. Food was very very oily, which gave me sore throat. I specifically asked for less oil on the last day, which they obliged. Probably due to Christmas rush, simple breakfast and coffee took 50 min. On the whole this resort is way over priced.

Location is good to visit with friends and family.

Slow service- staff could be little quick in service and offer South Indian cuisine.

The food was amazing but fish portion was too little for the price. Also the beach closes at 6 pm and it is fenced so no late night walks allowed.

Place, location, stay everything was amazing. Beach side was clean as well. Property was very well designed with pavements, rooms, wash rooms outside and inside and everything is simply good.

Be careful with the food bills they raise at the end. They tend to goof up a lot by adding someone else's food order as well. They have been unprofessional asking us to pay up extra for cleaning the laundry for a false claim. I found something fishy with this kind of behavior by admins.
