The room, location, staff - extraordinary.

Food could be better.

The accommodation is in huts or a block of bedrooms, set in a garden with access to the beach (but without views to the sea from the rooms). The property has a huge car park, lots of dining space indoors and outside. The staff are attentive and always available to help. The rooms were clean and when there was an ant problem, they sorted it quickly. The food was freshly cooked, from an extensive multi cuisine type menu with plenty of fish and seafood at reasonable prices. The tranquility of the place is special, but the beach offers no facilities for sports activities, boat rides etc. This was not a problem for us, but if you arrive expecting to be entertained you need to go elsewhere. There are no restaurants or shops nearby. A perfect escape.

We arrived in mid February, apparently at the end of the season, so we were the only guests and the property was deserted. It might be good if they offered a tour service, rented bikes or scooters so that you could explore the area. This area of Karnataka is very untouched by tourism.

The overall vibe of the property was just amazing It was a perfect place to spend our time in the peace of nature away from the chaos of the city. The best part was that the property is located on the beach which gave a private access to the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and very aesthetically pleasing.The staff was very warm and welcoming. The hospitality was top notch and the food was to die for. To sum up the whole experience was just like a dream

This is perfectly placed in front of the sea and can spend lot of time at the beach. Also not at all crowded beach
